UX/UI and Graphics Designer

Job brief:

We are seeking a User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) designer to join our design team. Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate project product design concepts. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best product design possible for our website and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Leverage a human-centred design process to deliver an easy-to-use User Interface and User Experience
• Research customers, competitors, and products
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Develop and implement usability testing
• Design for accessibility standards
• Create and maintain usability documentation
• Work with developers to ensure product quality
• Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success
• Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals

Requirements and skills

• Sound working Experience in UX/UI design
• Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
• UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, XD, or InVision
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis
• Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Good Communication skill
• Good English Speaking and Understanding.

Education and Experience

• Graduation ( Fine Art will be preferable )
• Certification Courses in Design tools
• 2+ Years Experience
