HR / Admin Executive

Job brief:

We are looking for HR & Admin Specialist to support day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and familiarly with HR functions for smooth running of HR depth.

Responsibilities
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Calling and following up with candidates of various profile for recruitment.
  • Co-ordinate for recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage employees’ grievances.
  • Review current HR stream and recommend more effective way.
  • Recruitment of staff as required.
  • Monitor the maintenance of all HR Master Database.
  • Employee on boarding and exit formalities.
  • Administration of pay and benefits
  • Handling general administration.
  • Execution of various contracts as required.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR & admin department.
  • Nurture positive working environment.
  • Visit to client as and when required.
  • Other responsibilities, given by superior time to time
Requirements and skills
  • Proved work record of similar stream
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster and promote a positive work environment.
  • Familiar with full recruitment cycle.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • People oriented and result driven.
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytically and multitasking skills
  • Good Communication skill
Education and Experience
  • Technical Graduate / MBA in HR (Regular Program, no part-time or long-distance courses).
  • Minimum 02 Years
